Paul Bieniawski

Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Bieniawski has over thirty years of experience in midstream infrastructure both domestically and internationally. Prior to joining Enstor, Mr. Bieniawski was the Chief Executive Officer of Zechstein Midstream B.V. and its European subsidiaries. At Zechstein, Mr. Bieniawski led efforts to develop independent midstream infrastructure serving European markets. Prior to Zechstein, he founded and led Katy Energy Partners, an international energy infrastructure consultancy focused on helping clients find and develop energy assets globally. As such, he was involved in energy projects across Asia, Australia, Europe, North America, the Southern Cone and the Middle East totaling over $2.0 billion of capital cost. Mr. Bieniawski's strong energy industry experience includes serving in leadership positions of Hazelwood Energy Hub, Merchant Energy Holdings and Bobcat Gas Storage. Mr. Bieniawski received a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum and Natural Gas Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University.

Sean Roche

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Roche has more than 20 years of experience in the energy industry. Most recently, Mr. Roche served as Chief Financial Officer of Martin Energy Trading, which subsequently became DRW Energy. The company was focused on the build-out of a physical and financial trading platform focused on natural gas, refined products, NGLs and biofuels. Prior to that, Mr. Roche was the Treasurer and Finance Director of Cardinal Gas Storage. Cardinal was a developer and eventual operator of greenfield gas storage facilities; Mr. Roche was responsible for all aspects of the projects’ debt financings. Mr. Roche also worked in various capacities at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, where he focused on the energy industry, including portfolio management, capital markets origination and syndicated finance. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia and a Bachelor of Science in accounting from the University of Georgia.

Peter Abt

President & Chief Strategy Officer

Mr. Abt has 40 years of experience in the energy industry and has worked on all aspects of the value chain, from the wellbore through to the burner tip. The majority of his career has been focused on midstream infrastructure development, including natural gas pipelines and storage. Prior to joining Enstor, Mr. Abt served as Vice President of Business Development at Trilogy Midstream Holdings. Mr. Abt also served as Vice President Commercial for NorTex Midstream Partners, Managing Director for Black & Veatch and Senior Vice President Origination at Gazprom Marketing & Trading USA. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from The University of Houston and a Bachelor of Science degree in petroleum engineering from The University of Oklahoma.

Ron Richards

Chief Operations Officer

Mr. Richards has over 27 years in the natural gas industry with the last 20 years spent managing engineering, construction and operations of reservoir underground gas storage and gas transmission projects.

Mr. Richards’ prior storage experience includes his role as Senior Vice President of Engineering and Operations for Midstream Energy Holdings responsible for regulatory permitting, engineering, construction and operations. Prior to his time at Midstream Energy Holdings, Mr. Richards served as Vice President of Engineering and Construction for Foothills Energy Ventures, where he was responsible for all project permitting, engineering and construction of Foothills' Monroe Gas Storage Project; Manager of Engineering and Construction for Western Hub Properties' Lodi Gas Storage Project; Senior Project Manager for Alliance Wood Group Engineering, where he managed the engineering and construction of various storage-related projects including Lodi Gas Storage Company's Kirby Hill Gas Storage Project and the EPC expansion of Kinder Morgan's North Lansing 388 reservoir storage facility.

Mr. Richards also was intimately involved with various phases of the development of Market Hub Partners' Egan Gas Storage and the Moss Bluff Gas Storage facilities.

KJ Ko

Chief Commercial Officer

Mr. Ko is Chief Commercial Officer of Enstor. Mr. Ko has previously held various positions in the midstream energy sector and energy consulting companies. Prior to joining Enstor, Mr. Ko was Vice President of Commercial Services of Leaf River Energy Center, NJR Midstream Company, where he focused on asset optimization, trading, and business development. Mr. Ko also served as Manager of Trading and Business Development at Midstream Energy Holdings, Consultant at Black & Veatch, and Senior Associate at Lukens Energy Group. Mr. Ko is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Cornell University.

Jennifer Johnson

General Counsel

Jennifer Johnson has more than a decade of energy-related legal experience. Prior to joining Enstor, she was general counsel at Salt Creek Midstream where she managed legal, sustainability, and human resources aspects of the business, including governance and finance matters, sustainability reporting, the acquisition and divestiture of energy assets, commercial contracts, litigation and disputes, and regulatory and compliance related matters. Previously, Ms. Johnson served as vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary of Rosehill Resources, Inc., a publicly traded upstream company with assets in the Permian Basin. She also worked at Noble Energy Inc., where she served as corporate finance counsel for Noble’s upstream and midstream businesses. In addition, Ms. Johnson worked as a corporate and financial services attorney at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP and began her private practice career as a corporate associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP. Ms. Johnson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from University of Texas Health Science Center – Houston and holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Texas School of Law.
