Matt Morrow, President
Matt Morrow is president of ENSTOR and also senior vice president, business development, gas storage and hub services for PPM Energy, Inc. (PPM).
Matt has thirteen years of experience in the gas storage and hub services industry and was instrumental in the development of hub services within the gas industry at the Henry Hub. Previous positions include COO, TradeCapture.com; director of e-commerce, Texaco Natural Gas; and president, Sabine Hub Services, where he was responsible for all aspects of Texaco's storage and hub services business in North American natural gas.
A native Texan, Matt has a bachelor's degree in civil engineering and an MBA from the University of Texas A&M.
Ronald S. Routledge, Vice President, Operations and Engineering
Ron is responsible for operating ENSTOR's existing gas storage facilities in Katy, Texas and Alberta, Canada and oversees the engineering and construction aspects of ENSTOR's capital program. Ron has 24 years experience in natural gas operations, processing, construction, storage, and marketing.
Ron has a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from the Royal Military College of Canada and completed post graduate studies at the Royal Military College of Science, Shrivenham, U.K.
Mark Tumbach, President, PPM Energy Canada Ltd. (PECL)
Mark manages ENSTOR's equity interest in the Alberta Hub Gas Storage Facility. Mark has spent over 22 years in the oil and gas business. In the past 12 years he has been directly involved in the development and management of two storage facilities; CrossAlta Gas Storage Facility and the Alberta Hub. Prior to joining PECL, Mark was president and CEO of Texaco Canada Petroleum Inc.
Mark obtained both a B.Sc. (Chemical) and Business degree from the University of Alberta.
Patrick De Ville, Vice President, Marketing
Patrick has over 16 years experience in the natural gas industry and has worked within the utility, trading, and storage development segments. Patrick is currently responsible for all commercial activities at operating storage facilities in the U.S. as well as economic evaluation and marketing of new development storage facilities. Prior to joining ENSTOR, Patrick directed all storage trading activities at Energy USA-TPC, managed natural gas storage assets at Aquila, and also managed gasoline and heating oil storage inventories in the Northeast for Cargill.
Patrick has a bachelor's degree in finance from Louisiana Tech and a Master's degree in finance from the University of North Texas.
