Matt Morrow, CEO
Matt Morrow is chief executive officer of ENSTOR, is executive vice president, Iberdrola Renewables, Inc. - Gas Group, and also serves on the board of directors for ENSTOR and Iberdrola Canada Energy Services.
Matt has 20 years of experience in the natural gas industry and has worked within the operations, business development, and trading businesses. He currently has executive oversight and management of the ENSTOR business.
He previously served president, Sabine Hub Services, where he was responsible for all aspects of Texaco's storage and hub services business across North American. He has also served as; COO, TradeCapture.com; director of e-commerce, Texaco Natural Gas; and various other positions within Texaco.
A native Texan, Matt has a bachelor's degree in civil engineering and an MBA from the University of Texas A&M.
Chuck Baley, Vice President, Commercial
Chuck Baley is responsible for the commercial activities of ENSTOR in the United States. Chuck has a primary focus of optimizing the operating storage facilities in the US.
Chuck has more than 20 years experience in the natural gas industry working for producers, pipelines, and trading entities before taking on his current role at ENSTOR. Previously, Chuck was vice president of the Iberdrola Renewables, Inc. natural gas trading business. He also held the position of trading manager at Texaco Natural Gas, Inc. with oversight for all the trading activities in Texas and the US Southeast. Chuck also held positions at Delhi Gas Pipeline and Texas Oil and Gas. He has a bachelor's degree in business from Howard Payne University.
Ben Moore, Vice President, Business Development
Ben Moore is responsible for the physical operations of ENSTOR's US facilities as well as the development, engineering, and construction of new storage projects.
Ben has more than twenty years of commercial and engineering experience in the upstream/midstream energy industry, and has been with ENSTOR since its inception in 2002. He has led the company's acquisition efforts which now encompass five operational natural gas storage facilities representing ~80 Bcf of storage capacity.
Prior to ENSTOR, Ben served as Director of Marketing and Midstream Businesses for Dominion Resources. He started his career as a Reservoir Engineer for Tenneco Oil Company and Shell Offshore Inc.
Ben earned a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Oklahoma in 1986, and a MBA from Duke University in 1994.
John McStravick, Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel
John E. McStravick has been responsible for the legal affairs of ENSTOR since 2003, and is also General Counsel - North America Natural Gas for Iberdrola Renewables, Inc., the parent of ENSTOR.
John has more than 20 years of diverse experience in the energy industry. Prior to joining the company, he was in private practice in the Energy Section of Porter & Hedges, LLP in Houston. John's experience also includes nearly ten years in various engineering, management and sales positions with Halliburton Energy Services.
John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture Engineering from Texas A&M University and a Juris Doctorate from St. Mary's University School of Law. He is admitted to the Texas Bar, registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office and is a Registered Professional Engineer in Texas.
